Aaron has been tattooing since 2007, however, he has been involved in art his entire life. Despite such a youthful career, he has already won several awards for his tattoo work including "Most Realistic" and "Best Large Color" at the 2010 Motor City Tattoo Convention in Detroit, as well as placing 2nd for "Best Color – Small" at the 2008 Body Art Expo at Navy Pier in Chicago, when at the time, he had only been tattooing for one year. Aaron's specialty is portraits, photo-realism, and fine-line tattooing, and enjoys working in either black and grey or full color. Aaron prefers to do his color work in a more muted, darker and dramatic style. Aaron loves to utilize photographs for his tattoo reference and enjoys replicating and enhancing the 3-dimensionality in his work.
The son of an artist, Aaron has been drawing and painting since he was old enough to hold a pencil. He has studied Illustration at the American Academy of Art in Chicago, and Graphic Design at Indiana University Northwest.
Aaron prides himself on being a perfectionist and a passionate artist who is committed to the industry of tattooing and its perception as a respected and serious art form. Aaron treats each client and tattoo with an equal amount of attention and respect.
